ADA, Okla. – Vocalists from Oklahoma and Texas will join the Jae L. and the Crossover band for this year’s Halloween special 7 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 21, on the historic McSwain Theatre stage, 130 W. Main Street.
The band will be dressed in their costumes and invite attendees to do the same.
Returning special guests include: Clancy Davis, Haley Miller and Chandler Elliott, of Ada; Kaitlyn Anne, of Atoka; and the group OK 3, from Edmond.
The McSwain Theatre will also be welcoming Jack Phillips, of Sulphur Bluff, Texas, to the stage for the first time.
Phillips is a 12-year-old vocalist and multi-instrumentalist who plays the fiddle, mandolin, and guitar. He is known for his western swing and traditional country tunes and recently released his first self-titled CD.
Jae L. and Crossover shows encourage audience participation and interaction. The band routinely takes requests and suggestions from the audience. Performances span many genres, everything from country to classic hits.
Crossover musicians have decades of combined experience performing with artists who specialize in all genres of music.
Band members include Jody Teeter, Jeff Donaldson, Greg Griffin, Wayne Morton, Mike Price, Gary Bryan, Kenny Anderson, Deni Stubbs, Debbie Allen and Tara Scott.
